Teacher Resources For Your Week A Great Teaching Tip: Reading And Remembering When your class is reading a book with several characters have them create a grid to help them remember the characters. Give them one index card for each character in the book and have them tape them inside a manila folder. They can write the name of each character on a card and list all the main characteristics and relationships from the book. The student can use the grid for reference whenever they get confused.
